YES, you can make changes to your listing anytime.
NO, the only other cost that you may incur would be if a buyer has contracted with a broker to represent them in the purchase of your home. Indiana State Law would require that we be at your closing with your buyers broker and there would be an additional fee at closing of $350. If the buyer comes to you direct then their is no additional fee.
Once you receive an offer on your property, You may accept or counter the offer. We will go through the entire process with you and ensure the proper contracts are in place for the sale of your home!
YES, you can cancel your listing agreement anytime. The initial flat fee is non refundable after your listing agreement has been signed.
Buyers or a Buyers Broker will contact us first and we will get them in touch with you for scheduling any showings of your property.
You will have direct contact with us at anytime for questions, scheduling or any changes you want to make to your listing. Once an offer is made we will review the offer with you and submit any counter offers or acceptance of an offer.
